I had some issues after dropping my bags in the morning and then checking in a bit later (as I booked last minute) there was a misplacement of bags. However hotel staff Laurent and Tushara from front desk had approached the situation with care, diligently and proactive problem solving skills. It’s easy to write a compliment letter when everything goes right. But it’s an even bigger statement to write a compliment regarding the staff’s customer satisfaction when it starts to all go wrong. They really ensured I was taken care of and the outcome was delivered as soon as possible. Please praise your staff for not only putting your guests at the forefront, but, genuinely wanting to help! Also, shout out to Dinesh who was always happy to greet us for breakfast every morning. Please ensure your staff are praised and justly rewarded. What an incredible team

This hotel is an excellent choice in the beautiful Saint Germain area of Paris and just on the doorstep of Jardin du Luxembourg. Short walk to the Seine & Louvre Museum. There are 4 metro stations less than a 5 minute walk, making the hotel very well connected to reach anywhere in Paris. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiles on their faces. Lots of fabulous places to eat and grab drinks nearby. On arrival we had refreshing drinks with cookies, while the hotel staff placed our bags in our room for us. Our room was upgraded free of charge. Bedroom was very comfortable, spacious with rainfall shower and Nuxe Paris toiletries were a fabulous treat. Air conditioning was excellent keeping our room lovely and cool while temperatures soared in Paris.

Select Hotel is perfectly located for exploring the St. Michel and St. Germain areas on food. It's right in front of the Sorbonne, and very quiet, though just around the corner you can find every amenity. As we entered, there was a wonderful, warm fire in the lobby, and next to a "lounge" area where guests can visit with friends. The staff were all kind, helpful. Our room was one of the smaller ones but even so, it had everything needed. We particular appreciate having hot beverage area and a small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed.

First and foremost, the location is simply unbeatable. The Select Hotel is situated right on the Place de la Sorbonne, which meant that I was within walking distance of some of the most iconic attractions in Paris. The Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Luxembourg Gardens, and the Panthéon were just a stone's throw away. It truly felt like I was living in the heart of this beautiful city, and that alone made my trip special. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by how impeccably clean it was. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was stylish. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One particular gesture that truly touched me was the fact that they allowed me to enter my room early upon my arrival. I had just flown in from a long-haul flight and was exhausted, so being able to rest in my room earlier than the standard check-in time was a pleasant surprise.

The location was perfect.The view and the design of the room were amazing.The staff was very polite & helpful.Overall it is a perfect choice for staying in Paris and I highly recommend it.

Staff were super friendly. Location was excellent and the reception area had lovely decor. Got a free upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The room is small but this is to be expected in Paris, and even then it was not too small nor uncomfortable. It was perfect!

A stylish and spacious room with an especially comfortable, large bed and beautiful window views of the city of Paris. The room felt cosy and just the right size for two people to share and the hotel interior was honestly stunning! The staff were welcoming and helpful and the hotel is located right near the Notre Dame, Panthéon & Paris-Sorbonne University. The room had all the facilities you could ever need and I appreciated all of the toiletries that were on offer to utilise, as well as the fact that the toilet was in a separate room to that of the shower, allowing for more space to get ready in the bathroom.

Location is excellent .All the hotel assistance/helpers and front desk staff did all they could to make your stay the best in Paris. Laurent and Maria were superb , professional , knowledgeable , kind and always willing and able to assist the guest in whatever way possible. I will definitely recommend Hotel Select in Paris and it will be my return hotel next time . Thank you !

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our stay in Paris, and Select Hotel played a big role in making our trip memorable. The hotel is fantastic, located in an ideal spot very close to the main attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. We were satisfied with the treatment from the staff—they were not only kind and supportive but also provided us with plenty of useful information in a professional and friendly manner. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience was evident throughout our stay. The room itself was very nice, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Select Hotel for our future trips to Paris. It’s the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

The hotel looks amazing from the outside, not so amazing on the inside. Still a very good hotel, but it promises more. The room was typical for Paris, small, cozy, warm. The reception staff was professional and efficient which makes the exoerience so nice.
